BEDROOM	Each Homestay Guest will have a bedroom, either single or shared.  You will not share a bedroom unless you agree to share, and your Homestay Fee will be less than if you had a private bedroom.  Each bedroom has: Bed, single or double, with bedding Closet with hangers Dresser Bedside table with lamp Study Desk with lamp Extra blankets if you need them Window with curtains
MEALS	We provide you with three meals a day.  We almost always eat Supper all together as a family.  However, breakfast and lunch are usually what we call 'make it yourself' meals.  For your first day or two, if you need help, we will help you when we have 'make it yourself' meals.  If you don't know how to use something in the kitchen, just ask. There is always lots of food..in the cupboards, in the pantry, in the fridge, and in our two freezers.
LAUNDRY	You are welcome to use the family laundry facilities (washer, dryer, outdoor clothesline, iron/ironing board) whenever you need to.  A family member will show you how to use the equipment the first time, and will also discuss how much water to use for the amount of clothes.  You are also responsible for washing your bedding...no less than every two months, and no more often than once a week.  Your towels can be washed once a week.
AIRPORT/FERRY PICKUP/DROPOFF	We will gladly pick you up at the: Bus Depot in Ladysmith or Nanaimo Ferry Terminal at Departure Bay or Duke Point Nanaimo Airport for no extra charge.  If however you are arriving in Victoria/Vancouver, and would prefer us to pick you up, there will be an extra fee. Please discuss transportation in your emails!
FEES	Your FEES will vary, and are somewhat negotiable.    We do traditional Bed & Breakfast, and will negotiate a daily or weekly fee depending on what you wish included. We offer Room & Board, which would suit a Canadian student or working person who is not really needing lots of extra family support. We do Homestay, mostly for International Guests.  You can have Basic Homestay, or Homestay with English Tutoring.   We feel our FEES are very competitive, and that you will get good value for your money.
